With many crop budgets either in the red or only just in the
black there is a real need to re-evaluate each crop input for the likelihood of
its providing a return on investment (ROI). ROI is the theme of this year’s Strategic
Farming program to be held from 9 AM to 12:30 PM on February 26 at the
Community Center in McIntosh.
This program sponsored by the Minnesota Soybean Research
& Promotion Council will focus on topics related to soybean production
including: How Best to Evaluate Your Crop Budget, Integrated Weed Management:
Which Traits Do I Need, ROI for Foliar
Fungicides, Managing Soybean Aphid With Limited Tools.
Producers with current licenses that need to re-certify
before their private pesticide applicator’s license expires on March 1, 2019
can do so by arriving at 9 AM and staying until the program’s conclusion at
2:30 PM.
To guarantee a lunch will be provided to you pre-registration
