The small grains disease forecasting models are up and running. You can access the Minnesota forecasting site here, the North Dakota site here, and the national FHB Prediction Center website here.
Both the North Dakota and Minnesota sites report the risk for not just FHB put also the leaf diseases (tan spot, Septoria spp, and leaf rust). There will be some small differences between the risk assessment between the sites as they rely on different sources of weather data.
The interpretation and commentary for Minnesota will be updated a minimum of twice weekly between now and the beginning of grain fill on the Minnesota and national websites.
